In their roles as a Patient Care Coordinator Kathleen and Ana will navigate you through the entire cosmetic surgery experience – from first call, through consultation, and the first few days after your procedure. They both have over 20 years of experience in the practice and, together with our plastic surgeon, can answer almost any question you may have. Their mission is to create a warm, safe, welcoming environment while guiding you through the process of reaching your aesthetic goals.
